The 4th of July has life booming in this small town in Maine, with tourists flooding in and the harbor thriving-and Charlotte Rose more stressed out than ever as she tries to open her new café and capitalize on the short season. At least she can take solace in her deepening relationship with hew new love, until an ex appears, and casts everything into doubt.
