About

The beginning of understanding who we are is knowing who God is.
Author Alena Franklin is close enough to her teen years to remember what it is like to ask the question, "Who am I?" From joining friend groups to figuring out what to do after high school and even declaring what career path to pursue, teens are constantly asked to identify themselves in some way. But what if the most important thing about who a teen girl is, isn't her popularity or college major? What if it's her creator?
Spend 60 devotions unpacking God's characteristics in this illustrated devotional. He is good, our helper, all-knowing, perfect, love, a good shepherd, and much more.
This audiobook is filled with

Teens won't want to put down this captivating devotional. These truths are the beginning of knowing God more and loving Him deeply. When teens know without a doubt who God is, everything else fades into the distance. While friends and plans do matter, the most important thing is who God says girls are: His daughters.
Alena Franklin is an author, actress, and vocalist with a passion for sharing the hope of Jesus. She made her film debut in the Kendrick Brothers' War Room (2015) and returned to the screen in The Forge (2024). As a writer, she co-authored the Lena in the Spotlight series with her mother, Wynter Pitts, the founder of For Girls Like You Magazine.
Alena's journey has been shaped by both incredible success and deep loss. After her mother's passing in 2018, Alena's faith became her anchor, fueling her desire to encourage and equip girls and women to walk confidently in their identity in Christ. Through speaking, writing, and music, she continues to use her voice to inspire the next generation. She serves as a spokesperson for For Girls Like You Ministries. She and her husband, Caziah Franklin, reside in Nashville, Tennessee.
