May N'Kame, whose son is an angry African dictator, travels to St. Ives, England in order to consult with renowned ophthalmologist Dr. Cora Gage. However, both parties have ulterior motives: Dr. Gage wants to discuss putting an end to the wrath of the African dictator, and May N'Kame wants to acquire poison with which she'll use to murder him.
