Mission Impact

Nonprofit organizations need an effective strategy to help guide them in making more of a mission impact than they are currently making. However, it turns out that many nonprofits do not have a reliable way of knowing the impact they are making. Mission Impact begins with a discussion of what strategy is and how the process of strategy development should be designed. Subsequent chapters include mission impact, vision, five-year strategic stretch goals, and strategy implementation and management.
