About

So now that you've started to free back some time using my strategies and tips, the next question is: What are you going to do with all this new time?

Because if you're going to spend it just lying in front of the TV - you might as well be cleaning up the kitchen.

So, how do you start filling your time with worthwhile and exciting activites?

How do you create that rich tapestry of memories that reflects a full and long life?

One thing to do, is keep filling your time with novel and new experiences. That's because novel experiences are more likely to be stored in the mind, as vivid long-term memories.

This means that you appear to have done more in a shorter space of time.

So, make sure you're open to as many exciting and new opportunities as you can. And seek out things that you think are worthwhile.
