All through the year, at the North Pole, Santa's elves are busy preparing for Christmas, when toys will be delivered to all the good little boys and girls.
But there is a problem with one of the elves.
Oliver doesn't show many of the qualities that Santa demands of his helpers. He is rude and unhelpful, blames others for his mistakes and doesn't help out when it's needed most.
In short, Oliver is not a good elf and Santa has seen it for himself and tells Mrs. Claus that he intends to get rid of him.
Luckily for Oliver he has one last remaining friend. Olivia is an elf who has a all the right qualities. Kind-hearted, considerate and helpful to others, she offers to help Oliver change but tells him he has to work hard to do it.
Can Oliver change his ways and transform into a good elf? Or will he fail and be banished from the North Pole forever?
