About

Seventy Times Seven takes us back to the time of Jesus, when this prophet and teacher first emerged as the embodiment of a generally unknown spiritual principle: forgiveness. When Jesus was asked how many times we must forgive one another, he replied, "Seventy times seven."

Within this response, Dr. Joan Borysenko shows, is a forgotten truth of profound significance: that only through the forgiveness process can we attain our ultimate spiritual growth. With meditations, historical examples, and bio-spiritual insights, Seventy Times Seven illuminates this overlooked cornerstone of a treasured spiritual practice.
