Freelance artist Delaney Powers has just had a really bad breakup when she receives news that will change her life forever. Astonished to learn that her dearly departed grandmother has willed Delaney her once-popular tearoom, the struggling artist boards a bus to Vermont. Facing a life of uncertainty and scratching out a meager living in New York City, she decides on the spot to reopen Grandma Marcy's now, defunct tearoom, which is conveniently located in a large Victorian house.
