About

Full of supernatural wonders, this book records the life and prophetic end-time revelations given to Daniel (whose name means God is the Judge) while he was a captive Jew in Babylon - and also reveals insights given to David, Haggai, and Zechariah.
It is both a course in history and a revelation of Israel's relationship to that history. Jerusalem lay in ruins, and many Israelites were captives in Babylon. Beginning with four faithful young men in a pagan land ruled by a prideful king and ending with that same king's recognition of God's presence in them, the Lord used this story to outline His plan for the ages.
God revealed to Daniel the rise and fall of human empires, where they will end, and how the true Kingdom of God will come forth.
When the meaning of the word Daniel is fulfilled in us, we will stop judging by our own criteria. We will no longer judge according to appearances or rely on human reasoning. Living in harmony with the presence of the Lord within, we will fulfill His will, do His work, and speak His words - then the judgment of God will flow in and through us.
This is the same divine judgment Daniel illustrated to both Israel and the Gentile nations through his God-given interpretations of dreams and visions.
The book of Daniel - once sealed until the time of fulfillment - contains a prophetic mystery that even Daniel could not fully understand. Yet that revelation is being unsealed now. If God opens our understanding, we can receive it, for its fulfillment is near.
