Miles has always been the guy who looks out for everyone in Rock Springs, Texas. As a state trooper and part-time cowboy, he's the epitome of a small town hero. But when he finds Rose unconscious on the side of the road, he becomes something more: her knight in shining armor.
Rose wakes up in the hospital with no memory of who she is or how she got there. Miles is quick to come to her side and tells her that she is his.
