The Joker is struggling with the Baby Bats as he's going through a bit of a tantrum phase. But when the mysterious Alfred Pennyworth, butler to the missing Bruce Wayne, arrives at the Day Care Center, the Joker gets a little jealous of his incredible ability to quell the baby's wails.
