Founded in Italy in 1975 as a social and spiritual experiment, Damanhur is a living laboratory for the future. It is a Federation of Intentional Communities and a worldwide movement that inspires the lives of thousands of people committed to leaving a positive impact on the world. The 11th Constitution was written with the objective of representing the ideal expression that draws together the traditional Damanhurian values and the new lines of action which aim at making those values known and appreciated in the world. It is the first, major collective and social piece of work developed by the Damanhurian people after the founder and spiritual guide, Falco Tarassaco, passed away. The principles at the heart of Damanhur are constantly safeguarded by those who love the community and consider it as a precious collective entity that must grow and prosper, in order to inspire the world towards a real transformation.
