A girl who is forced to leave her home to begin her journey from Wonsan North Korea to the DMZ Border, from where she escapes this journey approximately 350 miles away from where she used to live once upon a time. She struggled each year, month, and day, she lived, witnessed, and saw every situation in life just to get freedom, and eventually became a United States Citizen.
Her motive was not just to free herself but to free her future generations. Because of her wise decisions, struggles, and sacrifices, her daughter and her grandchildren are recognized as citizens of the United States.
