My professional career has been as a graphic designer. It required utilization of text, illustrations and photography to design and communicate ideas for commercial assignments. To those ends I've relied on stock photos as well as working with professional illustrators and photographers.
The reliance on photography, I feel has conditioned my eye to take unusual images myself and has promoted a pleasurable hobby in retirement. Initially my Nikon 35mm was my primary camera but more recently the photographic technology of our cellphones has greatly increased taking images with the ease of having multiple choices quickly on the fly. Occasionally a more controlled organization of items for a still life photo requires attention to details to set up.
This book is a selection of photos over a 30 year span. Enjoy!
