Cutler is Senior Research Fellow and Director of the Energy Security Program at the NATO Association of Canada and a practitioner member of the University of Waterloo's Institute for Complexity and Innovation. Michael Doran is Senior Fellow and Director of the Center for Peace and Security in the Middle East at Hudson Institute. Nikolas K. Gvosdev is Professor of National Security Affairs at the U.S. Naval War College.
