Verse 4.7 from the Bhagavad Gita. यदा यदा हि धर्मस्य , ग्लानिर्भवति भारत । अभ्युत्थानम् अधर्मस्य , तदात्मानं सृजाम्यहम् ॥ ४.७॥
For reading aloud the Gita, the Avagraha and the Visarga need special mention. • A Visarga is to be pronounced aspirated "ha" followed by the sound of the previous vowel. • Also, a Visarga in close proximity with another letter becomes a new letter and is pronounced accordingly. • This is reflected in this edition of the Gita by substituting that letter instead of the Visarga.
