About

3rd Grade ReaderATOS / AR / Advanced Reader Level 3.0 - Color YellowClover was born under a January bear moon in an Atler Mountain cave. As the bear cub grew bigger and stronger, he was eager to see the wonderful world outside the den. But Momma Bear told her young cub to be patient; spring would come soon enough. When the wildflowers bloomed, it was time to go outside. Momma Bear began training Clover on the ways of the mountain bear. Because of Clover's impatience, he usually got his little claws into trouble to pay attention to his good-natured Momma. Through a series of misadventures, the cub realized taking time to learn the ways of the bear might be better than running headfirst into trouble. When a fox tricked Clover into chasing him deep into the forest, Clover found himself alone and lost in the woods! Would he recall any of Momma Bear's instructions and find his way back home? He sure hoped so! Today, boys and girls are taught patience through natural events that occur in their lives. As children become older and wiser through knowledge and experience, they too can make their way into the world, prepared to live their best lives.
