In this episode, Harold Brandon continues his private war against the cartels, which takes him to the Yucatan peninsula in southern Mexico. His target is a "Don" and his murderous wife, the Senora Francesca, who ruthlessly rule the region together, inflicting unspeakable horrors on the locals and anyone else who stands in their way to maintain dominion over the region they control.
