Philip and his partner Casey have been spearheading the secessionist movement in the country of Gedrion which had escalated into a war with Darren, the tyrant who had been exploiting their people. In a desperate attempt for peace after years of conflict, they approach Raylan, Darren's second-in-command, for an end to the hostilities and to overthrow Darren.
