It is so hard to be a young person today. The world is full of many challenges, and the pressures young people face today are not like any others we have seen in the past. Families are so busy or broken, and communication is almost nonexistent. Phones, games, and social media are ways this generation communicates. As attentions are drawn to the new ways of communication, it appears the true message for living has become distorted. Inside, you will find biblical guidelines to either get or keep you on track through life's challenges. The examples may seem a bit silly, but they are intended to show that a positive can, in fact, replace a negative thought. My hope is this book may become a guide and a place to put thoughts as well as a reference to refer back to throughout your life.
