Good Drivers are rare. In the US, the driving test is just too easy. It's not uncommon to see even police, the people entrusted with enforcing the laws, breaking simple rules and etiquette. It's becoming a real problem! Self-driving cars won't save you from those who opt out of them. It's important that people know what is and isn't acceptable as a driver.
