About

This is a true story of a personal trainer who went to my Certified Personal Training School - A.F.E.F.C.T.: American Federation Fitness Effective Comprehensive Training, a 15-week hands-on school.

I certified many different students through hands-on training. One day, I was observing one of my students as she was spotting one of my female clients at my women's fitness facility, Femme Physique. I was testing the student for her hands-on final. The woman on the incline bench was one of my clients whom I had trained for about a year. She had never lifted weights before she only attended aerobic classes and cardio.

But I taught my 1,200 women the benefits of weight training. About a week after this picture was taken, my client was in a very critical car accident. The woman was in her 60s. She had built her bones up over a year's period of weight training to help decrease her osteoporosis.

Her medical doctors were shocked that she didn't break any bones because of her improved eating-behavior program I had put her on, her decrease in cardio/aerobics, and her increase in weight training/anaerobic conditioning.

This was just one success story from my 28 years of owning my own fitness facility.
