About

This collection of flash fictions narrate everyday moments of life. Capturing the full spectrum of human experiences-fragility, resilience, and hope-it inspires deep introspection while honoring the beauty found in the ordinary. An inviting, accessible style makes it an ideal companion for readers who seek literary reflections that are heartfelt, resonant, and memorable. Amarendra Pattnaik is a native of Odisha (India). He graduated in engineering from University College of Engineering, Burla in 1989 and later pursued MBA at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. After working for twenty years in the corporate sector, he shifted to academics and currently he is a Professor at KIIT University. Watching people and writing about their emotions is his passion. He loves talking to people and listening to their stories. He writes stories with two objectives – to make the readers smile and to make them think. He can be contacted at amarendra.pattnaik.aa@gmail.com.
