Elder Orphan Care

About

Elder Orphan Care provides help and hope for older adults who are aging without adequate support,
both in Romania, where our ministry was birthed,
and in North Carolina, where we are based.

In Romania we partner with pastors to share the love
of God and the hope that is only found in Jesus,
while helping provide shelter, medical care, nutrition, and other needs, including purposeful activities,
for hundreds of people who are elder orphans.

In North Carolina, we serve adults aged sixty and older who wish to remain in their homes but are at risk of losing that ability due to safety concerns, poverty,
or lack of support. We provide friendship, socialization, assesments that are based on occupational therapy,
purposeful projects, and minor home modifications, as well as assistance with groceries and other necessities.

It is our desire to love our older neighbors, wherever they may be, with the love of God that has been lavished on us.
(1 John 3:1)
