Hemorrhages

Reality is boring. This is what Carson Tanner thought. That is, until portals start popping up. Portals that emit a blood-red glow. But the portals aren't the worst part. The worst part is what comes from inside the portals. Creatures that Carson could not have imagined in his worst nightmares. Monsters. Things that defy logic and explanation. Worse still, Carson has been having horrible nightmares...nightmares that seem to be coming true. Is he predicting the appearance of the monsters? Or is it something more? Are they coming from his nightmares? His once dull life turns into a perpetual fight for survival...and his sanity.
