Hikari no Michi

In the topography of the human spirit, there are certain landscapes that serve as physical manifestations of internal longings. One such location exists in Fukutsu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, at the Miyajidake Shrine. This ancient site, venerable and deeply woven into the spiritual fabric of Kyushu, offers a phenomenon that transcends the mere astronomical alignment of celestial bodies. It is here, twice a year, in late February and late October, that the "Path of Light" or Hikari no Michi (光の道) reveals itself.
