In the Echo of this Ghost Town

Everyone Griffin has ever cared about has left him. His dad, his brother, Phoenix, and now, after Griffin's fight with his best friend, Tanner, it feels like a nail in his coffin as more of the same. Angry, Griffin, decides to prove to himself, and everyone else, he doesn't need anyone. Except Maxwell Wallace walks into his life, sits down at a table with him outside a convenience store on a Monday night to drink her Slurpee, and everything Griffin thinks about who he is and what he might need begins to change.
