After moving with their "owners" to a luxurious Upper Eastside penthouse overlooking Central Park in the heart of Manhattan, NYC, Borzoi sisters, Madison and Carnegie, are discovered by a famous Broadway show producer and land starring roles in the big "Hearts Over Broadway" musical. Dogs starring in a Broadway musical, you ask? Oh yes! They sing (AKA howl)! They dance! Madison's emotional scenes with the famous (human) superstar, Mandi Marin, are show stoppers. It's spectacular! That is...until Carnegie quite literally stops the show with her comedic and disastrous attempts to steal the spotlight from her sister.
