Maleos

Maleos: Rise of the Old Gods is an epic fantasy adventure and the beginning of a series detailing the world-changing events surrounding Mortius Maleos, a warlock attending the Gholgrad Institute of Magic. In a world that is dictated by religion and belief in the higher powers, Maleos is one of very few unique individuals that thinks for themselves and sees the world beyond the lens of the Old Gods. However, when the entire world shares the same belief in destiny that brings about the Apocalypse, life will quickly become a challenge for him and he will need to learn that his need for self preservation will mark him as an outsider. Venturing beyond the confines of the walled city Oxilian, Mortius will face a heavy dose of reality as he discovers what the world truly is, and meet all kinds of new people. From the kind and gentle angel Clive, to the furious and dangerous demon Samỷnha, in Rise of the Old Gods, Maleos will face an entire new reality and uncover secrets about his world, his history, and most unsettling of all, his family.
