At 49, Eleanor Mills thought her life was over when she was abruptly made redundant from the job that had defined her for over 20 years. In one fell swoop, she lost her sense of purpose, and her family lost its main source of income. She felt washed up and burnt out. But then she noticed something: she wasn't alone.
