A Journey of Healing is a peek into the life of a young woman who filled voids in her life with food, after her sister was killed tragically in a car accident a few months before she was to start college. Throughout her adulthood, she learned what her triggers were, the diseases associated with bad eating, and the medical and mental health consequences of emotional eating. After finishing college, Kimberly started to use her Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education Degree educating and teaching the faith based community on these very things.
