About

Born in 1951 on a North Florida farm just south of the Georgia line. Most of the people back then were poor and doing hard farm labor. Graduated high school and also received an AA degree from a local college.

The difference I had was the depression I developed from an illness called tetanus. is happened when I was 11. Most people died from it. e doctors saved me but it wrecked my nerves and mind.
Growing up is tough enough but to have that added to it, no doubt would be fatal for a lot of people. To make things worse, the doctors back then did not have the drugs or knowledge of today. Going to doctors searching for information brought the realization I was on my own. With no road map to follow and no one to give direction left only the search for the determination to defeat whatever the sickness in me or die trying.
Depression today is still a huge problem even with all the knowledge and treatments doctors have. the knowledge I gained allowed me to overcome my depression and live a full life. It is a struggle to achieve but worth the fight. Depression is not your friend.
This book was written to help, guide, give hope, and let others know your mind, body, and soul are yours. Don't let depression steal your life's joy. Depression is a thief and an evil liar but you can win this
