About
What would you do if you knew the location of a flying saucer? Not some fictitious alien craft, but a real relic of the Cold War. Who would you tell?
This dilemma faced three adolescent boys in Southeast Virginia in 1999. Their grandfather, who has been missing for forty years, was involved with the coverup, and has been secretly sending them just enough info to crack the code of the saucer location.
The boys enlist the help of their science teacher and master inventor to find the saucer in an abandoned building, still looking new.
Come along with us, as we take to the sky in our very own Canadian VZ-9 flying disc. Along the way, we will evade the law, pop some popcorn, go skydiving, fly a phone booth, and challenge the raging winds and flooding waters of the most powerful storm on earth, the Atlantic Hurricane.
About the Author
Philip Poulos is a retired inventor living in Southeast Virginia.
His own grandchildren inspired this story after a visit to a museum. He saw they inherited the "curiosity gene" and the desire to never stop learning. Many of his actual inventions are part of the story, including the Hoverboggan and the Flying Go-kart.
