After enjoying the so-called peace dividend that accrued from the end of the horrible WW2 in 1945, and the comprehensive defeat of Germany's egregious Nazism and Japan's brutal militarist expansionism, the world is again in turmoil.So, while the world was still recovering from the ravages of WW2 through globalization and economic reconstruction, the geopolitical landscape was evolving in ominous ways. The most dangerous geopolitical trend was the emergence of toxic politics in the developed West that is the severe dumbing down of politics. This has brought politics to an extremely dangerous level that exploits hate, greed, fear, prejudice and utter selfishness for election and political success.If people all over the world act responsibly and in concert, we can overcome all the evil things that humankind has unthinkingly perpetrated and still perpetrate on this one and only world and home planet of ours.Let's put an end to the terribly dumbed down type of modern politics practiced by selfish and arrogant politicians.
