About

This study investigates the impact of selfadministered art therapy exercises on participants. The experiment involved individuals who expressed concerns such as anxiety, uncertainty, and chronic stress. The participants underwent initial testing and were provided with a set of art therapy exercises in written format along with a suggested timeline for completion. After three weeks, the participants were retested without access to their previous responses. The 5 results demonstrated improvements in all five criteria assessed during the testing process, highlighting the positive effects of engaging in art therapy exercises on participants' well-being.
