"As the author of Field Trip Mysteries, Brezenoff is well rehearsed in the genre and constructs a fun puzzle. After-hours museums (especially these stand-ins for the Smithsonian complex) are wonderful settings, and the children solving the case have distinctly realized interests and personalities. Overall, the series promises to provide a powerful and delightfully understated representation of multiethnicity with cross-gender appeal, and it's refreshing and exciting to see a hero in a hijab."
