Born on April 10, 1953, in the city of Chimbote, Peru. He studied law and economics. He worked in management positions for various Peruvian government entities and private companies until 1989, when he emigrated to the United States. There, he entered the construction industry, achieving considerable success in real estate until the 2010 economic crisis, which significantly impacted him. Paradoxically, the resulting downtime allowed him to dedicate himself to his passion for writing.
In 2011, he created the journalistic blog latinoamericanusa.com, and from its pages, he began publishing the first articles that would eventually become the chapters of "El Maligno" (the Evil One). In 2013, he decided to publish his work, seeking to reach his readers, who by then numbered in the thousands.
