Jan had never seen a little brown kitten before, so when she encountered one behind a strip shopping center on the cold concrete all by himself, she was mystified. Then she saw that the kitten had a bulging eye and the other eye was cloudy; he was also very sick. This is the story of Jack the kitten's rescue by Jan and his journey back to being a beautiful, healthy black cat who didn't know he was almost blind.
