Can they manage to stay out of prison – or even survive? I am a 39 year attorney who has represented many people in employment litigation, including whistle-blower cases, sexual harassment cases and discrimination cases. Along the way, I have learned a great deal about what happens in the work place and the industries and setting in which it occurs.I have a passion for writing characters and situations that might well happen to everyday people and about human frailties and the temptations life presents. How a character can find his or her self over their heads before they see it coming. I often create characters who deal with events beyond their control and who sometimes find the strength to do what they never imagined they could--and sometimes they come out alright. I develop suspenseful plots, with unexpected twists and turns that keep the reader wondering how it will end. Those plots must be driven by well-defined characters that you can identify with-not always likeable characters, but believable characters, with all the gray areas that human beings are equipped.
