About

Change is always possible that is fact. What is fiction is believing your station in life is fixed, permanent, and controlled by outside influences around you that you can't control. What is fact you always have a choice to change those unfavorable influences in your environment. For some the Terrible Horrors of Life are real and not always of your doing. For others it is choices they make that makes life difficult for them. Then there is the choices others make for them, believing it is what is best for them. Those choices may be altruistic selfless in nature, or they may be based on selfish motives that have no true concern for your welfare, only theirs. This story is fictional in nature based on fact, the many dynamics of life for families or individuals in a political environment that may or may not be fictional. Is it a fairytale or a prophecy, fact or fiction. Is it change in the right direction for family and social dynamics in a troubled political world. The Terrible Horrors of life 2 is a another look at how families cope in a real world. Only the families and characters are fictional, but those dynamics are very real for a group of teens with their own point of view at risk of being censured by the establishment. The time frame 2025 in America. The place the nation's Capital. Teens 12-18 with minds of their own. A Parody, fact or fiction. Hello Readers: I am Rowlen Delaware Vanderstone III, my penname. My real name is Robert D. Vergeson and I have since my childhood have always dreamed of writing. I just had to get past my learning disabilities and a physical handicap since I was born premature 1951. It wasn't until after repeating 3 elementary grades over that at age 15 did I finally physically grasp my reading skills and since I became an avid reader of Sci-fi and fantasy, Teen adventure stories, and rite of passage stories of teen life in many circumstances in life. And yes, I rooted for the hero who bested the bullies in his life. I had my fair share of them in my life given my own circumstances. I wrote my first story in my senior year in high school, then shelved it as worthless. It wasn't until decades later that I had my poetry published in anthologies. Even won a few recognitions. My first real Sci-fi manuscript was rejected by a publisher summarily and I gave up writing. To be honest I was lousy when it came to English grammar. I had a great imagination. At 70 years of age, I took out my dustiy manuscripts and went the Ebook route with Smashwords, D2D and 66 published Ebooks five years, I am still grinding away.At nearly 75, I look forward to a few more books out of me. I will pat myself on the back and say my Sci Fi fantasy are good reads, My rite of passages series even better, my chapbook, my mysteries, and my non-fiction revealing.
