About

This book was written to encourage individuals during their time of recovery and for them to understand that they're not alone in it. Recovery doesn't come easy, it's a struggle. It takes time and effort to recover and to show progress. Use these poems as a reminder that every individual has their own fight, no matter what they are battling, but they're never alone because there are others facing the same struggles, and some face worse. In the end, we all have our own fights and will recover from them, within time and with much effort from ourselves. We are survivors!
