There is one rule to practicing, wielding, or studying magic in Avetri: don't.
Felix Grey has spent his life as a killer, wandering Avetri with his horse and blade and not much else to his name. He has also spent it learning to master his own wild magic, because while his life isn't much, he'd like to keep it.
