Rom

Ròm, a 14-years-old bookie lottery runner in bustling Saigon, tries everything he can to help the residents of an old apartment complex to win money to keep their homes and fulfill his dream of finding his parents. Through their rivalry, Ròm finds out that Phúc, another bookie his age, has been tricking the residents for a long time to make them lose and pushing them further deeper into debts.
