White Lion Unicorn stumbles upon his birthplace where there are lots of other tiny nekos like he, including a sister he doesn't remember. The discovery leads to meeting his biological father, a mad scientist who created the tiny nekos and demands they accept him as their god. Can he escape once again as he did when he was too young to remember? Will the other tiny nekos be free with him? As Elsewhere and Celeste grow up, they reach adolescence with changes within and without. One change is that Sebastien represents the tiny nekos on the city council.
