Before leaving for Sleepaway Camp, Spud gives Chip a spare Camp T-shirt. Howie's got one too and he insists on doing everything with Chip, his "T-shirt twin". Hanging out with Howie, Chip makes some bad choices and her beloved T-shirt gets ruined.

When Tot stands up for the very first time, Momma announces that Chip's little sister is ready to move out of her cot and begin sleeping in a bed. Chip thinks her beloved bed is going to be given to Tot, so she asks Potato and her teddies for help.

Chip rushes to finish a picture she's made for Tot's first birthday and ruins it, so she decides to bake a birthday cake for Tot instead. With Potato's help, Chip follows a recipe on Granny Fant's Baking Channel and learns that some things take time.

Chip and Potato are looking after Kevin, the police station cat. Chip wants to show Kevin her snuggly bed but Kevin keeps wandering off. When Spud returns home from camp, the front door is left open and Kevin goes outside and gets stuck in a tree.
