Connect follows a plucky middle school theater group that aspires to stage every book of the Bible. The kids are pretty sure they have a clear understanding of everything that happens in "God's Big Story." Well… most of it. They do have a few questions, concerns, and outright misconceptions. Fortunately, an ever-expanding cast of surprising and often bizarre visitors is on hand to help them navigate their journey through the Scriptures. And yes, there is a talking tube sock.

Saul (before Paul) and Janitor Jerry seem to have something in common. If we have grace, why do we still need a bunch of rules? Bus-Bot breaks down, stranding the kids on the side of the road. With no AC, no electronic devices, and no snacks, the kids have to wonder: why are they forced to suffer?

It's the biggest event in ages–a giant outdoor concert! But will the Holy Spirit show up? If not for Todd's toe, the rest of his body might not have figured out a cure for his hunger. Among religious persecution and potential exclusion, new disasters keep popping up to thwart the kids' theater group. If they call it quits, is this the end of "God's Big Story"? Or just the end of Connect?
