1. Return of Clarence

Clarence suffers a lost of memory and forces Paula into a pit where a baby leopard is staying. When the mother leopard comes for the baby, she tries to attack Paula but Paula is able to hold her off momentarily with a sedated dart. However, she knows that the mother will soon come to and then she will really be in trouble.

2. Deadline to Kill

A wounded Dr. Tracy tries to protect a herd of cow from a vicious lion. In the mean time, a rancher schemes to take over the land used for the reserve.

3. Daktari's Last Hunt

A white hunter tricks Marsh into being part of a wilderness survival test.

4. Judy's Hour of Peril

Judy is accidentally injected with a fatal virus after she switches bottles around when Paula is giving her a fever shot. Dr. Tracy realizes the mistake and sends some of the animals into the bush to look for Judy and give her the antidote.

5. Cheetah at Large

A group of natives try to steal a cheetah belonging to a rival tribe from the study center. Judy thinks that she is doing a heroic deed by leading the cheetah into hiding in the jungle. The chief returns and Paula must stall him until Dr. Tracy can find the animal.

6. The Test

Mike teaches a boy to scare away a lion by clapping, but he must be saved after he claps at an attacking lion.

7. Born to Die

Paul helps a panther prepare to give birth after it escapes from the study center into the wilderness.

8. The Trial

Marsh tries to save an elephant who is put on trial and condemned to die for accidentally killing a tribal leader.

9. Death in the African Sun

Jack and Judy leave the study center to return a giraffe to its herd. As they attempt to follow various herds in the hopes of finding water during a drought, they are forced to give up when they have no more energy left. Dr. Tracy and Mike set out to find them.

10. Revenge of the Leopard

A woman seeks revenge for the death of her father on the phantom leopard that she is sure killed him years ago. Daktari sets out to stop her and ends up getting wounded in the process.
