Many people go "Through Hell" in their lives, it is not pleasant and can take its toll on the mind and body and life in general. However the good news everyone comes out of it, and it is understanding what "hell" is that can help you both overcome and keep you stable throughout, even if at times you think you could just give in to it all. The saying "when you are going through hell - just keep going" is so true.
